AI Assistants

Create intelligent AI chatbots trained on your business data. Embed them on your website or use them to auto-reply on WhatsApp and Live Chat.

How It Works

Create a Bot

Go to AI Assistants → Create New Bot. Name it, choose a color, and set a greeting message.

Train with Data

Upload documents (PDF, TXT, DOCX), add URLs, or paste text. The AI learns from your content to answer questions accurately.

Configure AI Provider

Go to Settings → AI to configure your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI). Enter your API key.

Embed or Connect

Get the embed code from the bot's Embed tab and add it to your website. Or enable WhatsApp AI auto-reply to use the bot for WhatsApp conversations.

Documents — PDF, DOCX, TXT files (FAQs, manuals, policies)
Website URLs — Crawl and index web pages automatically
Text/Paste — Paste content directly for quick training
Knowledge Base — Shared articles from the Knowledge Base section

AI Providers Supported

OpenAI (GPT-4o)

Best for general-purpose conversations and complex reasoning.

Anthropic (Claude)

Excellent for safe, nuanced conversations with long context.

Google AI (Gemini)

Strong multilingual support and fast responses.

Custom / Self-hosted

Any OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. Bring your own model.

Embedding on Your Website

Each bot has a unique embed code. Go to AI Assistants → Your Bot → Embed tab.

Copy the script tag and paste it before the closing </body> tag on any page where you want the bot to appear.

The bot widget appears as a floating chat bubble. Visitors can click it to start a conversation.

AI Bot vs Live Chat

AI Assistants use AI to auto-reply based on training data. Live Chat connects visitors to your human team. You can use both — Live Chat with AI auto-reply enabled gives you the best of both worlds.
