How it works
You send a customer a review link. They tap a star rating.
A high rating (4 or 5 stars by default, and you can change this) sends them on to your public review page, such as Google. A lower rating opens a private feedback form instead, so the problem comes to you and not to a public page.
Set it up
1Add your review page
Open Reviews in the sidebar and go to Platforms. Add your Google review link, or another site such as Facebook, Yelp or TripAdvisor. Tip: search your business on Google Maps, press Share, then "Ask for reviews" to get the link.
2Create a review campaign
On Campaigns, create a campaign or start from a template. Name it, pick where good ratings go, choose the fields of the private feedback form, and add your logo, colour and thank-you text. You can also offer a coupon code to customers who leave a low rating.
3Share the link
Press Share on the campaign to send the link by WhatsApp, email or SMS, or share it on Facebook. You can also print QR codes (for example one per table or on your receipts) and add a floating or inline review widget to your website.
4Send requests after bookings
Turn on Send a review request after a completed booking. The request goes out on WhatsApp, or by email when there is no phone number. By default it waits 24 hours after the booking is completed.
