Set it up
1Make a Telegram bot
In Telegram, open @BotFather, create a new bot and copy the bot token it gives you. Then send your new bot a message, so it is allowed to write to you.
2Find your chat ID
Use your own Telegram user ID, or the ID of a group your team shares (group IDs usually start with -100). Add the bot to the group first.
3Add the channel in BeeCastly
Go to Settings → Notifications and click Add Channel. Choose Telegram, paste the Bot Token and Chat ID, and give it a label.
4Pick your alerts and test
Under Notify on these events:, tick what you want. Save, then click Test to get a test message.
Alerts you can get
New bookings
Someone booked an appointment.
New leads
A new lead came in from one of your funnels.
Payments and coupons
An invoice was paid, or a customer used a coupon.
Campaigns
A campaign finished or failed, and WhatsApp templates were approved or rejected.
Security
Failed logins and security warnings on your account.
Problems
Webhook errors, chatbot errors, contact imports and system errors.
