Where to find it
StayNest shows in the sidebar once your business uses the Hotel & Homestay pack. It has six tabs:
Property
Name, type, address, photos, check-in and check-out times, deposit and cancellation policy.
Rooms
Room types, how many of each, price per night, seasonal rates, extra-guest fee and amenities.
Bookings
Direct bookings and Airbnb or Booking.com stays in one list.
Calendar
See booked nights and block dates.
Reviews
Read guest reviews and reply.
Analytics
Revenue and occupancy.
Set up your property
1Fill in the property
On the Property tab, add your details and photos, set check-in and check-out times, and choose a deposit and a cancellation policy. Publish it when you are ready.
2Add rooms and rates
On Rooms, add each room type with its price per night and how many units you have. Add seasonal rates for busy dates and an extra-guest fee if you charge one.
3Take direct bookings
Guests book your rooms on your own website. Each booking shows on the Bookings tab, where you can confirm it, check guests in and out, change dates or cancel.
Sync with Airbnb and Booking.com
1Bring their bookings in
In Airbnb or Booking.com, copy the calendar export link (an iCal link). In StayNest, open Rooms → your room → Airbnb / Booking.com sync, pick the site and paste the link. Other sites that give an iCal link, such as Agoda or Vrbo, work the same way.
2Send your bookings out
In the same box, press Get export link and paste it into the other site's import calendar setting. Now your direct bookings block those dates there too.
3Let it run
BeeCastly checks the links regularly, and you can press Sync now at any time. Nights booked on Airbnb or Booking.com become unavailable on your website, and those stays appear in your Bookings list next to your direct bookings.
