Overview
This guide has two parts. Part 1 is about money coming in: how your customers pay you for orders, bookings and invoices. Part 2 is about money going out: how you pay for BeeCastly itself.
Part 1: Getting paid by your customers
Connect a payment gateway
Go to Settings → Payment Gateway and pick a payment mode:
- Automatic (the default): BeeCastly's own checkout handles the payment. No setup needed.
- Manual: connect your own Stripe or Razorpay account with its API keys. Money goes straight to your account. The page shows the webhook address to add in Stripe or Razorpay, so paid orders are marked as paid even if the customer closes the tab.
- Local only: no online payment. Customers pay you in person, for example in cash or by UPI.
The Pay locally option on the same page adds a "pay on arrival" choice next to online payment. Razorpay takes cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. Stripe takes cards.
How customers can pay, by feature
Shop checkout
Online (Stripe or Razorpay), cash on delivery, pay at pickup or in person, or order over WhatsApp. You choose these when you set up the shop.
Bookings
Online (Stripe or Razorpay), or "Pay at venue" when the Pay locally option is on.
Invoices
A pay-online link through your gateway, or bank transfer or UPI. Add your bank details and UPI ID in Settings → General → Invoice settings.
QR Menu bills
At the table, staff mark a bill as paid by cash, card or UPI. Bills can be split.

Part 2: Paying for BeeCastly
Your plan: Settings → Usage & Billing
See your plan and what you have used. Click Upgrade Plan to change plans. You pay by card through Stripe (in US dollars) or through Razorpay (in Indian rupees, and UPI works too). Prices in other currencies are shown for reference only; you are charged in US dollars. The Free plan needs no card. If you pay through Stripe, Manage Billing opens your billing details.
Settings → Wallet
Add funds with Razorpay or Stripe, and see every top-up and purchase. Your wallet balance pays for credit packs and add-ons. If your wallet holds earnings, you can ask for a payout once you have finished the KYC step.
Settings → Credit Packs
Buy extra Email, WhatsApp, SMS and OTP credits, more AI tokens, or monthly add-ons when your plan is not enough. These are paid from your wallet balance, so add funds first.
BeeCastly does not take PayPal.
