Pick your business type
Start from one of 29 ready-made business-type packs, such as Salon & Spa, Restaurant & Café, Clinic & Doctor or Online Store.
- Open Workspace → Add business and choose the pack that fits your business
- One click sets up your shop or website, your catalogue (menu, services, products or rooms), bookings, a WhatsApp bot, follow-up automations and a welcome offer
- Change anything afterwards: prices, photos, opening hours and the look of your shop

Connect WhatsApp
Link WhatsApp so customers can reach you and your AI can reply.
- Go to Integrations → Channels → WhatsApp
- Quickest: scan a QR code with WhatsApp on your phone. This works with a normal WhatsApp Business App number
- For broadcasts: connect the official WhatsApp Cloud API through Meta instead
- Also in Integrations → Channels: Email (any SMTP server, or Gmail with an App Password), SMS (your own Twilio account, send only) and Instagram

Add your contacts
Bring in the customers you already have.
- Go to Contacts & CRM → All Contacts
- Import a CSV file, or add contacts one by one
- Use tags to group contacts, for example "VIP" or "New lead"
- Phone numbers need the country code (for example +91 or +1)

Send your first message
Reply to a customer, or send a broadcast to a group.
- Reply to customers in Messages, where WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Instagram and Live Chat share one inbox
- To message many people at once, go to Campaigns → Broadcasts
- On the WhatsApp Cloud API, broadcasts use a template approved by Meta (Campaigns → Templates)
- Check delivery and replies on the broadcast, and in Campaigns → Dashboard
