Add contacts one by one from Contacts & CRM → All Contacts

CSV Import

Upload a CSV file with name, phone, email, and tags

API / Forms

Contacts are created for you from the API, forms, funnels and chats

Organization

Tags — Label contacts with multiple tags (e.g., "VIP", "Lead", "Newsletter"). Use tags to filter audiences for campaigns.
Segments — Create dynamic segments based on tags, custom fields, activity, and channel. Segments auto-update as contacts change.
Custom Fields — Add any custom field (text, number, date, dropdown) to store extra data like company name, plan, or purchase history.
CRM Pipeline — Visual drag-and-drop pipeline in Contacts & CRM → Pipeline. Create custom stages, assign deals, and track revenue.

Import Workflow

CSV Import Format

Your CSV should have columns: name, phone, email, tags (comma-separated). Optional columns: country, company.

Go to Contacts & CRM → All Contacts and choose import (a CSV file or a Google Sheet)
Upload your file. You can import up to your plan's contact limit
Map CSV columns to contact fields
Preview the import — review duplicates and errors
Confirm import — contacts are created with auto-assigned tags

CRM Pipeline

Go to Contacts & CRM → Pipeline to open the pipeline board.

Create custom stages (e.g., "New Lead" → "Qualified" → "Proposal" → "Won").

Drag contacts between stages. Add notes, set follow-up dates, and assign team members.
