Where to find it
The Health Score card sits on your Dashboard once you have created a campaign. Open its details to see the full page with a score for each campaign, so you can spot the ones pulling your score down.
The score runs from 0 to 100 and is labelled Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor or Critical.
What it measures
Deliverability (40%)
How many of your campaign messages were actually delivered.
Engagement (25%)
How many people replied in the last 30 days, compared with how many you messaged.
List health (20%)
How many of your contacts bounced or unsubscribed.
Sender reputation (15%)
Whether your connected channels are working and how often sends fail.
Top fixes
The card lists up to three fixes, starting with the part of your score that is lowest. Each fix has a link that takes you straight to the page where you can make the change.
