Overview
Your shop is your business website. Customers can browse what you sell, order, book and pay. It works for any kind of business: products, a food menu, services or rooms.
Find it under Workspace in the sidebar. Workspace → Dashboard shows all your shops, and Workspace → Add business creates a new one. Open a shop to manage it.
Step 1: Pick your business type
Choose one of 29 ready-made business-type packs. In one click, a pack sets up your shop, your catalogue, booking, a WhatsApp bot, follow-up automations and a welcome offer. You can change all of it later.
Step 2: Run your shop
Each shop has its own set of tabs. You only see the tabs that fit your business type.
Catalog
What you sell. Its name follows your business type, such as Menu, Services or Products.
Orders
New and past orders. For some business types this tab is called Reservations or Bookings.
Bookings
Shown when your shop takes bookings and also sells another way.
Customers
Everyone who has ordered or booked with this shop.
Abandoned carts
Shops that sell products can see carts that were left before checkout.
Discounts
Create coupon codes and offers for your customers.
Analytics
See how many people view and visit your shop, and how many become leads.
Pages and Blog
Edit your shop's pages and write blog posts.
AI Chat
Set up the AI chatbot that answers questions on your shop.
Look and address
Store Design
Pick a theme from the Theme Library, or reuse one from your own themes. Change colours and fonts, or switch the page layout. Changing the layout rebuilds your pages, but a snapshot is saved first so you can go back.
Domains
Your shop gets its own BeeCastly subdomain. To use your own domain, add it in the Domains tab and copy the DNS records it shows into your domain provider.
How customers pay
When you set up the shop, you choose the payment options your checkout offers. The list fits your business type:
- Online payment by card through Stripe or Razorpay (Razorpay also takes UPI and wallets)
- Cash on delivery
- Pay at pickup, or pay in person at the visit
- Order over WhatsApp and agree the payment in the chat
Online payment needs a gateway. Connect Stripe or Razorpay in Settings → Payment Gateway. Bookings can also offer "Pay at venue". PayPal is not offered at shop checkout.
QR Menu and table ordering
Food businesses get a QR Menu tab. Put a QR code on each table. Guests scan it, see your menu and order from their own phone.
A QR code per table
Every order shows its table number. Guests can also call a waiter or ask for the bill from their phone.
Kitchen and waiter views
A live order board. The kitchen moves orders from New to Ready, and waiters from Ready to Served.
Pay at the table
Settle a bill by cash, card or UPI, and split it between several people.
Receipt printing
Print kitchen tickets and bills from your device.
Menu in more languages
Add languages so guests can read the menu in their own language.
Hotels and homestays
If you rent rooms, your shop shows a Stays tab instead of a catalogue. Rooms, rates and direct bookings are covered in the StayNest guide.
