Go to AI Teams → Settings. The checklist shows what your agents still need: WhatsApp connected, an AI provider (or the built-in AI), at least one booking service and staff member, and your Business Brain (business name, services, hours and a short description). You cannot launch a mission until the required steps are done.

Open Agent Marketplace and hire the agent you need most. If an agent needs something connected first, or a higher plan, its card tells you. A new agent asks for your approval before it sends anything, until you switch it to full auto.

On Approvals, set each action to Do it automatically, Ask me first or Only suggest. The actions are messages, phone calls, booking appointments, asking for reviews and tagging contacts.

You can also set quiet hours. Messages caught in quiet hours wait and go out when the window opens. People who unsubscribed or are on your Do-Not-Contact list are always skipped. Phone calls are only placed when you set calls to automatic.

On Missions, write what you want, for example "Fill my empty salon slots this week". Review the plan, then press Launch.

Command Center and Activity show what is waiting for you: approvals, hot leads, bookings to confirm and overdue invoices. Approve the work there. On My Agents you can pause an agent, press Run now or change its settings. A pause-all button stops every agent from sending.
