Send beautiful HTML emails using your own SMTP server or Gmail OAuth. Track opens, clicks, and responses.
Setup Options
SMTP Server
Connect any SMTP provider: SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, your own mail server, etc.
- Go to Settings → Email
- Enter SMTP host, port, username, password
- Set your "From" name and email
- Send a test email to verify
Gmail OAuth
Connect your Gmail or Google Workspace account with one click. No passwords needed.
- Go to Settings → Email
- Click "Connect Gmail"
- Authorize BeeCastly in Google
- Start sending immediately
Creating Email Campaigns
Navigate to Campaigns → Create Campaign → Email.
- Subject line — Write a compelling subject with personalization tokens like
{{name}}. - Email body — Use the rich text editor or paste raw HTML. Add images, buttons, and links.
- Audience — Select contacts by tags, segments, or upload a list.
- Schedule — Send immediately or schedule for a future date/time.
- Preview & Test — Send a test email to yourself before launching.

Open tracking — Know when recipients open your emails
Click tracking — Track which links get clicked
Bounce handling — Automatic bounce processing and cleanup
Unsubscribe management — Built-in unsubscribe links and compliance
Best Practices
Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Proper email authentication improves deliverability and prevents your emails from landing in spam.
Always include an unsubscribe link
Required by CAN-SPAM and GDPR. BeeCastly automatically adds one if you forget.
