1. Introduction

At BeeCastly, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information (name, email, password)
  • Contact information (phone number, address)
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment providers)
  • Communication preferences
  • Customer support inquiries

3. WhatsApp Data Collection

When you use our WhatsApp Business Platform integration, we collect and process the following data:

  • Phone Numbers: Your WhatsApp Business phone number and the phone numbers of your contacts/recipients stored in your contact lists
  • Message Content: The content of messages sent and received through the platform, including text, media, templates, and delivery status
  • Contact Lists: Names, phone numbers, and any additional information you upload or sync to your contact database
  • Conversation Metadata: Timestamps, read receipts, message IDs, and conversation thread information
  • WhatsApp Business Account Information: WABA ID, phone number ID, and business verification status

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Send WhatsApp messages, broadcasts, and campaigns to your contacts
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Generate campaign analytics, delivery reports, and engagement metrics
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Personalize your experience
  • Monitor and analyze trends and usage

5. Data Sharing with Meta

We share certain data with Meta Platforms, Inc. to facilitate the WhatsApp Business Platform services:

  • Message Content: Messages are transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Business API infrastructure
  • Phone Numbers: Recipient phone numbers are shared with Meta to deliver messages
  • Template Messages: Message templates must be submitted to Meta for approval before use
  • Analytics Data: Delivery status, read receipts, and engagement metrics are processed by Meta

Meta's use of this data is governed by their Business Data Processing Terms and Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to Meta or any third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR for EU residents and CCPA for California residents), you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal information we hold
  • Correction: Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations)
  • Portability: Export your contact lists and campaign data in a structured format (CSV/JSON)
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
  • Restriction: Request limitation of processing in certain circumstances

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active; deleted 30 days after account closure
  • Contact Lists: Retained until you delete them or close your account
  • Message Content & History: Retained for 12 months from the date of sending
  • Campaign Analytics: Retained for 24 months for reporting purposes
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax regulations
  • Support Tickets: Retained for 3 years after resolution

10. Google 用户数据（Gmail 集成）

本节仅在您选择将 Gmail 或 Google Workspace 邮箱连接到 BeeCastly 时适用。连接邮箱是可选的，您可以随时断开连接。

我们访问的内容。 我们使用 Google 登录来请求 https://mail.google.com/ 权限以及您的电子邮件地址。我们请求此权限，是因为我们使用标准的 IMAP 和 SMTP 协议连接到您的邮箱，而这是 Google 针对该访问提供的唯一权限。我们绝不索取或存储您的 Google 密码。

我们为何访问这些数据：

  • 读取收到的邮件： 以便您和您的团队可以在 BeeCastly 内查看并回复客户邮件
  • 发送邮件： 以便您的回复来自您自己的地址，并且对客户而言保留在同一会话主题中
  • 您的电子邮件地址： 用于向您显示已连接的是哪个邮箱

我们会存储 已连接邮箱中的以下内容：

  • 该邮箱中收到的邮件的主题行和完整正文
  • 发件人的姓名和电子邮件地址，我们用它来创建或更新联系人记录
  • 邮件标识符及其发送时间，以便回复能够正确归入同一会话

我们不会下载或存储邮件附件，并且在同步时我们只查看最近几天的邮件。

人工智能辅助回复。 如果您开启人工智能辅助邮件回复功能，收到的邮件内容将被发送给第三方人工智能提供商（例如 OpenAI 或 OpenRouter），其唯一目的是为您起草一条建议回复供您审阅。此功能默认关闭，并且需要您的明确同意，您可以随时撤回该同意。我们不会使用您的邮件内容训练人工智能模型。如果您不给予同意，则不会有任何邮件内容被发送给任何人工智能提供商。

Limited Use（有限使用）。 BeeCastly 对从 Google API 接收的信息的使用以及向任何其他应用的传输均遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy（《Google API 服务用户数据政策》），包括其 Limited Use 要求。具体而言：

  • 我们仅使用 Google 用户数据来提供和改进上述功能，这些功能在产品中对您可见
  • 我们不会将 Google 用户数据传输给其他方，除非为提供这些功能所必需、出于安全目的，或为遵守适用法律
  • 我们不会将 Google 用户数据用于广告目的，并且我们绝不出售这些数据
  • 我们不允许任何人阅读您的 Google 用户数据，除非您已向我们给予特定同意，除非出于诸如调查滥用行为等安全目的确有必要，或者除非法律有此要求

此类数据的保留与删除：

  • 当您断开连接时： 我们会撤销我们在 Google 的访问权限，并删除从该邮箱同步的邮件
  • 当您删除账户时： 我们会撤销我们在 Google 的访问权限，所有已同步的邮件都会被移除
  • 自动删除： 已同步的邮件内容会在我们收到后 12 个月被删除，如第 8 节所述
  • 直接通过 Google： 您可以随时在您的 Google 账号权限 页面移除我们的访问权限
