Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with BeeCastly in under 5 minutes. This guide walks you through account setup, channel connection, and sending your first message.

Create Your Account

Sign up for a free BeeCastly account. No credit card required.

  • Go to beecastly.com/auth/register
  • Enter your email, name, and password
  • Verify your email address
  • Complete the onboarding wizard to set up your business profile

Connect a Channel

Connect at least one messaging channel to start sending messages.

  • Navigate to Settings → Integrations
  • Choose your channel: WhatsApp, Email, SMS, or Telegram
  • Follow the setup wizard for your chosen channel
  • For WhatsApp: You'll need a Meta Business account and phone number
  • For Email: Connect via SMTP or Gmail OAuth
  • For SMS: Enter your Twilio, MSG91, or Vonage API credentials

Import or Add Contacts

Add contacts to your audience — manually, via CSV, or through API.

  • Go to Contacts from the sidebar
  • Click 'Import Contacts' to upload a CSV file
  • Or click 'Add Contact' to add one manually
  • Add tags to organize contacts into segments
  • Phone numbers must include country code (e.g., +91, +1)

Send Your First Message

Create a campaign or send a direct message to test your setup.

  • Go to Campaigns → Create Campaign
  • Select your channel (WhatsApp, Email, or SMS)
  • Choose your audience (contacts or tags)
  • For WhatsApp: Select an approved template
  • For Email: Use the drag-and-drop editor
  • Preview, test, and send!

Track Results

Monitor delivery, opens, clicks, and responses in real-time.

  • View campaign analytics from Campaigns → your campaign
  • Check delivery rates, open rates, and click-through rates
  • See individual message statuses in the Messages inbox
  • Use the Analytics dashboard for an overview of all channels
