Ein Kalender für Buchungen, Aufenthalte, Bestellungen, Social-Media-Beiträge, Kampagnen, Nachfassaktionen und Ihre eigenen Aufgaben. Die Google-Calendar-Synchronisierung ist in der Beta.
What is on it
Open Calendar in the sidebar. Everything with a date shows up on its own, one layer per kind. Use Show on calendar to hide or show a layer.
The Google Calendar layer only appears once Google Calendar is connected. The calendar follows the shop you have selected.
Working with it
Views
Month, Week, Day and List. Businesses with rooms also get a Rooms view. Save the views you use often, like My tasks or Today's bookings.
Add things
Click an empty slot, or use the create menu, to add a task, note, reminder or event, a social post or a booking. Tasks can repeat and can remind you in the app, by email or on WhatsApp.
Drag to move
Drag a booking to reschedule it and choose whether to tell the customer. Draft and scheduled social posts, and your own tasks, can be dragged too.
Filters
Filter by team member, channel or account, by who made it, or search.
Print or export
Print a month, week, daily agenda or a staff day sheet, save it as PDF, or download a CSV.
Subscribe
Click Subscribe to get a private, read-only link that shows your BeeCastly calendar in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
Google Calendar and Google Contacts sync (Beta)
We switch this on per account. Email [email protected] to ask for it. Once it is on, Google shows up under Integrations → Channels.
Then your Google events show on the calendar, and you can choose whether they block booking slots. Turn on Two-way for a calendar to also push your bookings to Google, and optionally your notes and tasks.
Google Contacts import into your contacts. You can keep them in sync every 6 hours.
