- Services — Create bookable services with name, duration, price, and description. Group them by category.
- Staff — Add team members with individual availability schedules. Each staff member can be assigned to specific services.
- Availability — Set working hours per day, break times, and buffer between appointments. Block off holidays and special dates.
- Payments — Collect deposits or full payments at booking time via Stripe or Razorpay integration.
- Coupons — Create discount codes for services. Set percentage or fixed amount discounts with usage limits and expiry dates.
Automated Confirmations
When a customer books an appointment, BeeCastly automatically sends confirmation messages via WhatsApp and Email.
Reminder messages are sent before the appointment to reduce no-shows.
All bookings sync to your Contacts — new customers are automatically added with booking details tagged.
Booking Funnels
Create a Booking Funnel in Funnels → Create Funnel → choose "Booking" goal type.
The funnel displays your services, staff availability, and a date/time picker for customers to self-schedule.
Publish the funnel to a custom subdomain like booking.beecastly.com and share the link.
