Which ads you can see
Ad Spy reads Meta's Ad Library. Meta only shows ordinary (non-political) ads there if they ran in the EU. If a competitor only advertises outside the EU, you will usually see no ads for them. Before you add a brand, the Ad Spy page tells you what to expect for your country.
How to use it
1Connect your Meta ad account
Ad Spy reads the Ad Library through your Meta connection. Connect it first at Meta Ads → Connect Account.
2Track a competitor
Go to Meta Ads → Ad Spy and add a brand. Enter its name and its Meta Ad Library page ID or Instagram handle. A website is optional.
3Check the feed
BeeCastly checks each brand about once a day, and you can refresh a brand by hand. The feed shows their ads and alerts you when a new ad appears or an ad stops running.
4Use an ad as a starting point
Press Clone as my ad, read and accept the notice, then press Clone as draft. The ad is copied into a draft campaign. The draft cannot be sent until you change its content and make it your own.
