Who gets it
Food businesses get a QR Menu tab in their shop. That means shops set up with the Restaurant & Café or Bakery & Cakes pack, and shops whose type is a restaurant, café, bar, bakery or cloud kitchen. Open it from Workspace → your shop → QR Menu.
The QR menu shows the same dishes, prices and photos as your Menu tab, so there is nothing to copy over.
Set up table ordering
1Add your tables
On the Tables & QR codes page, click Add tables. Add a range (for example tables 1 to 20) or one named table such as "Patio 3". You can give tables an area, like Indoor or Terrace. Each table gets its own QR code. Use Add takeaway / counter QR for a code at the counter.
2Print the QR codes
Click Print all QR codes. It prints A4 sheets with four table cards each. Choose "Save as PDF" in the print window if you want a file. You can also print or download one code at a time.
3Put one on each table
Guests scan the code with their phone camera. Your menu opens in the browser, with no app to install.
4Take orders on the Live board
New orders land in the New column with a chime, tagged with their table. Accept them, then move them through Preparing, Ready and Served / Completed. They also appear in your shop's Orders tab.
What you can do
Kitchen and waiter views
The Live board has a Board view switch: All, Kitchen or Waiter. The kitchen moves orders to Ready, and waiters mark them Served. Staff with the Kitchen or Waiter role open on their own view.
Call waiter and request bill
Guests can call a waiter or ask for the bill from their phone. The call shows up on your Live board.
Pay at the table
On the Bills page, mark a table's bill as paid by cash, card or UPI. Guests can also pay online from their phone when online payments are set up for the shop.
Split the bill
Split a bill between several people and see the amount each one pays. Shares paid online are counted towards the bill.
Receipt printing
Print kitchen tickets and bills sized for a thermal receipt roll, using the print window or straight to a USB or serial receipt printer in Chrome or Edge. You can print new orders automatically.
Menu languages
Add a language under Menu languages and click Translate menu. Then correct any line. Translating uses your AI credits, and your own edits are never overwritten.
Pause ordering
During a rush, pause ordering. Guests still see the menu but cannot order until you switch it back on.
