Get started
1Finish the setup checklist
Go to AI Teams → Settings. The checklist shows what your agents still need: WhatsApp connected, an AI provider (or the built-in AI), at least one booking service and staff member, and your Business Brain (business name, services, hours and a short description). You cannot launch a mission until the required steps are done.
2Hire an agent
Open Agent Marketplace and hire the agent you need most. If an agent needs something connected first, or a higher plan, its card tells you. A new agent asks for your approval before it sends anything, until you switch it to full auto.
3Choose what needs your approval
On Approvals, set each action to Do it automatically, Ask me first or Only suggest. The actions are messages, phone calls, booking appointments, asking for reviews and tagging contacts.
You can also set quiet hours. Messages caught in quiet hours wait and go out when the window opens. People who unsubscribed or are on your Do-Not-Contact list are always skipped. Phone calls are only placed when you set calls to automatic.
4Give your team a goal
On Missions, write what you want, for example "Fill my empty salon slots this week". Review the plan, then press Launch.
5Approve and follow along
Command Center and Activity show what is waiting for you: approvals, hot leads, bookings to confirm and overdue invoices. Approve the work there. On My Agents you can pause an agent, press Run now or change its settings. A pause-all button stops every agent from sending.

Answers questions on your website and WhatsApp from your own documents.
Review Request Agent
Asks for a review after an order or appointment. Unhappy customers reach you privately.
Booking Agent
Offers real free slots, books the appointment and confirms it.
Lead Qualification Agent
Scores new leads and tags the hot ones so you see them first.
No-show Recovery Agent
Contacts people who missed an appointment and offers to rebook.
Win-back Agent
Sends one gentle nudge to customers who have gone quiet.
Invoice & Payment Chaser
Reminds customers before and after an invoice is due.
Abandoned Checkout Agent
Offers help when a checkout was started but not paid.
