The 29 packs
A pack is a ready-made starting point for one kind of business. Pick the one closest to yours. You can change everything it sets up afterwards.
What a pack sets up
Your shop
A website with the pages that business needs, filled with starter text, and a theme that suits it.
Catalogue
Categories and sample items for your menu, services or products. Samples stay hidden from your live shop until you publish them, or you can start empty.
Booking
For businesses that take appointments: a booking calendar with starter services and working hours.
AI assistant on WhatsApp
In the AI assistant step you pick an assistant you already run, or a new one is made for you. It answers customers on WhatsApp from your shop details.
Follow-ups
Automations that follow up with customers. Each one switches on when it can run, for example once WhatsApp is connected. Until then it waits as a draft.
Welcome offer
In the Coupon step, link a discount you already have or create a new one. Skipping is the default.
Review requests
Packs that include one set up a review campaign to ask happy customers for a review.
Knowledge Base
Your shop details are added to the Knowledge Base, so the AI chatbot can answer from them.
Create a shop from a pack
1Open Add business
In the sidebar, go to Workspace → Add business. The setup wizard opens.
2Pick your business type
The first step, Business type, shows the packs. Choose one.
3Answer the setup steps
Fill in Business details and Website. Depending on what you sell, the wizard also asks about Bookings, Products (start with samples or empty) and Stays. Every shop gets the AI assistant and Coupon steps. Switch to Advanced to also set appearance, payment, and SEO and marketing.
4Launch
The last step shows a summary. Launch, and the pack sets everything up in one go. Pick carefully: there is no button to swap the pack of a shop after launch.
