Installation
- Go to Messages → Chat Settings in your dashboard
- Customize the widget appearance (color, greeting, position)
- Go to the Install tab and copy the embed code
- Paste the code before the closing

AI Auto-Reply
By default, all new live chat conversations have AI auto-reply enabled. The AI uses your trained knowledge base (from AI Assistants) to answer visitor questions automatically.
To take over as a human:
- Open the conversation in Messages → Live Chat
- Click the "AI ON" toggle in the chat header to switch to "AI OFF"
- You can now type and send messages as a human agent
- Re-enable AI anytime by clicking the toggle again
If a visitor asks to "speak to a human" or similar phrases, the AI automatically detects the escalation request and disables itself for that conversation.
