Connect BeeCastly with your e-commerce platform, payment provider, and other tools.

E-Commerce

Shopify

Sync products, customers, and orders. Automate abandoned cart recovery, order confirmations, and review requests via WhatsApp.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify
  2. Enter your Shopify store URL
  3. Authorize the BeeCastly app
  4. Configure sync settings (contacts, orders, products)

WooCommerce

WordPress integration via webhook. Sync customers and trigger automations on order events.

  1. Install the BeeCastly webhook plugin (or use native WooCommerce webhooks)
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce
  3. Enter your store URL and webhook secret
  4. Configure event triggers

Payments

Stripe

Go to Finance → Settings → Connect Stripe. Accept cards, bank transfers, and local payment methods globally.

Razorpay

Go to Finance → Settings → Connect Razorpay. Accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets in India.
