How the online booking works, what the confirmation contains, and how to move an appointment without calling us.
Every service on our services page shows its length and price before you book, and you can pick the doctor you want to see.
After you book you get a confirmation with the date, the clinician and a link that lets you move or cancel the appointment yourself. You do not need to call us to reschedule.
If you cannot find a slot that works, message us on WhatsApp — we hold a number of same-day slots back for urgent care and can often fit you in.
