By accessing or using BeeCastly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

BeeCastly provides a multi-channel marketing platform that enables users to manage communications across various messaging channels including WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Telegram. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use BeeCastly, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BeeCastly to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute harmful content or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the platform's security features

5. Payment and Billing

Some features of BeeCastly require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept our refund and cancellation policies
• Allow us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BeeCastly are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeeCastly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of BeeCastly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Browser Extensions

We provide optional Chrome extensions that work alongside the platform. Your use of them is governed by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

• BeeCastly Client Finder captures business contact details from public directory pages into your account. You are responsible for using it lawfully: you must comply with the terms of any website you capture from, and with the data protection and marketing laws that apply to you, including obtaining any consent required before contacting the people whose details you collect.
• BeeCastly Worker Time Tracking records active working time, and — only where separately enabled — periodic images of the BeeCastly tab being viewed, for users enrolled by an administrator of their organisation.

If you are an administrator enabling time tracking or screen capture for other people, you are the controller of that information. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to monitor them, for telling them clearly and in advance what is recorded and why, and for obtaining any consent or completing any works-council, employee-notification or impact-assessment step that the law in their jurisdiction requires. Workplace monitoring is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You must not enable it covertly, and you must not enable it for anyone you are not entitled to monitor. We provide the tooling; the decision to monitor, and its lawfulness, are yours.

Extensions are provided as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue an extension at any time, and either of us may stop the recording described above at any time — for you, by uninstalling the extension.
