We respect your privacy. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data
BeeCastly provides multiple ways for you to delete your account and all associated data. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Option 1: Delete Your Account from Settings
- Log in to your BeeCastly account at beecastly.com/auth/login
- Go to Profile (click your avatar in the bottom-left corner)
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm by entering your password
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
Option 2: Email Us
If you are unable to access your account, you can request data deletion by sending an email to:
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once complete.
Option 3: Facebook / WhatsApp Connected Apps
If you connected your Facebook or WhatsApp Business Account to BeeCastly and want to revoke access and delete your data:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
- Find BeeCastly in the list
- Click Remove to revoke access
- BeeCastly will automatically receive a data deletion request from Meta and process it within 30 days
Alternatively, you can remove BeeCastly from your WhatsApp Business Account:
- Open Meta Business Suite → WhatsApp Accounts
- Select your WhatsApp Business Account
- Go to Settings → Connected Apps
- Remove BeeCastly
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information — name, email, password hash
- Contacts — all imported or synced contacts
- Messages — WhatsApp conversations, campaign messages, chat history
- Campaigns — marketing campaigns, templates, analytics
- Integrations — connected accounts, API tokens, webhook configurations
- Files — uploaded media, documents, and images
- Settings — all preferences and configurations
Data Retention
After a deletion request, your data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups may retain residual data for up to 90 daysbefore automatic expiry.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your data deletion is complete. If you submitted a request via Facebook/WhatsApp, you can verify the status using the confirmation code provided at the time of the request.
