Frequently asked questions
Can I change or cancel my plan any time?
Yes. You can upgrade whenever you need more. You can also cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan.
What happens when I reach a limit?
We send you an alert when you reach 80% of your daily messages. When you hit a limit, you can't add more of that thing until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted. Daily limits, like messages per day, reset the next day.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no card and no expiry. It includes 250 contacts, 50 messages a day and 1 user. Every channel is open on it, so you can try BeeCastly with real customers.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
No. Paid plans don't have a trial. The Free plan is how you try BeeCastly, and you can stay on it as long as you like. Upgrade when you need more contacts, messages, team members or AI.
Which currencies can I pay in?
You can pay in US dollars through Stripe, or in Indian rupees through Razorpay. You can view prices in other currencies too, but those are for reference only. If you pick one of them, you're charged in US dollars, and the card shows the dollar amount.
Which channels are included?
Every plan includes all five inbox channels: WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Instagram (Beta) and Live Chat. WhatsApp, Email, Instagram and Live Chat share one daily message allowance, so you never have to pick a channel. SMS has its own smaller daily limit.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for the whole year in one go and get 2 months free: 12 months for the price of 10. Each card shows what that works out to per month, with the full yearly amount just below it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In US dollars, you pay by card through Stripe. In Indian rupees, you pay through Razorpay, which accepts cards and UPI. We don't accept PayPal.
How does the AI allowance work?
Each plan comes with a monthly AI allowance, measured in tokens, plus a daily cap. Your chatbots, AI content and other AI tools draw from it. If you run out, you can buy more AI tokens or add your own AI key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter or DeepSeek). AI that runs on your own key doesn't use your allowance.
