What we send, when we send it, and how to stop the messages if you would rather not have them.
We send one reminder the day before your appointment. It carries the time, the clinician and the address, and you can confirm or reschedule by replying to it.
We do not use the number for marketing. If you would rather not get the reminder, reply STOP and it stops for good — your appointment is unaffected.
