How we handle your records

Your chart is visible to the clinicians involved in your care and to the reception staff who book you in. It is not shared with anyone else without your written consent, except where the law requires it.

You can ask for a copy of your own records at any time. Ask at reception or message us, and we will confirm what we hold and how you would like it sent.
