Why the calendar sometimes looks full when we can still see you today, and how to reach the slots that are held back.
A share of each day is kept out of the online calendar for people who need to be seen that day. That is why the online view can look full at nine in the morning and we can still fit you in by the afternoon.
To reach one of those slots, message us on WhatsApp or call. Reception will ask a couple of short questions so the right clinician sees you, and will tell you honestly if the wait is long.
