Ordering for a group without the stress

The Cozy BistroSeptember 1, 2026 0 views 1 min read

Set menus, timing, and the two questions worth answering before a big table arrives.

A table of twelve is a different job from a table of two, and most of the work happens before anyone sits down.

The first question is whether you want a set menu. For a large group it usually makes the evening easier: the kitchen preps ahead, the food arrives together, and nobody spends the first twenty minutes reading. We will build one with you from what is on the menu, and we can work to a budget per guest if you have one.

The second is timing. Tell us when you actually want to eat, not just when you are arriving — those are often an hour apart for a celebration, and knowing the difference is what stops the starters landing while half the party is still at the bar.

Cakes are welcome; tell us and we will keep it somewhere cold and bring it out when you want it. If you would rather host at home or at the office, we cook and deliver for that too, with serving trays and reheating instructions so it arrives the way it left.
