Reading the live queue board

The board on our home page shows who is being seen now, how many people are waiting and roughly how long that takes.
The number under "Now serving" is the token currently with a clinician. "Waiting" is how many people are ahead of you, and the time beside it is our estimate for that queue right now — not a promise.
If you have an appointment you do not need to take a token; check in at reception and you keep your slot. Walk-ins take a token and join the queue behind the booked appointments.
