Overview
Referrals is how you earn by telling other business owners about BeeCastly. You share your own link. When a business signs up with it and pays for BeeCastly, you get a reward.
This is not a tool for rewarding your own customers. It is about bringing new businesses to BeeCastly.
Open it from Settings → Referrals.
How it works
- Share your link with someone who runs a business.
- They sign up with your link. They may get a discount on their first invoice.
- Once they pay, your reward is created.
The How it works box on your Referrals page shows the current offer for your account.
Get your link
Copy your link
Your referral link is at the top of the Referrals page. Click Copy and paste it anywhere.
Change your code
Click the pencil next to your code to pick an easier one. Use letters and numbers only.
Share in one click
Use the share buttons for WhatsApp, Facebook, X, Telegram or email. You can edit the message first.
Share offline
Download a QR code of your link as PNG or SVG for posters and flyers.
What counts as a successful referral
A new business that pays
A sign-up alone does not earn a reward. The business must sign up with your link and then pay for BeeCastly.
What does not count
Referring yourself or an existing customer does not count. Sign-ups that look unusual may be held for review. Rewards from refunded, disputed or fraudulent payments are taken back.
Pending first
A new reward shows as Pending for a while. The wait covers the refund window. The Referrals page tells you how many days it is.
Referral tiers
There are three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. You move up as more of your referrals become paying customers. The Referrals page shows your current tier and how many more paid referrals you need for the next one.
