Open Store Design
Go to Workspace → your shop → Store Design. Everything about how the shop looks is on this one tab: colours and fonts, page layout, your saved themes, custom CSS and the Theme Library.
What is on the tab
Brand Kit and themes
Pick a style preset, or set colours, fonts, corner and button style, logo, cover image and favicon yourself. Choose light, dark, or both with a sun and moon switch. You can also generate a theme with AI. Changes go live when you click Save & publish.
Page layout
Browse layouts to change how your pages are built. Colours and fonts never touch your content, but a new layout rebuilds your pages. A snapshot is taken first so you can go back.
My themes
Save this shop's whole look, colours, fonts and page layouts, as a theme. Reuse it on another shop, export it as a file, or import a theme (.zip or .json).
Custom CSS
For advanced changes, add your own styles. They apply on top of your theme.
Use a theme from the Theme Library
The Theme Library holds themes published by other BeeCastly users. BeeCastly reviews every theme before it appears there.
1Find a theme
Scroll to Theme Library at the bottom of Store Design and search. Each card shows whether it is free or its price.
2Preview it
Click Preview to see the theme on your kind of business before you take it.
3Add or buy it
Click Add free, or Buy for a paid theme. A paid theme is paid from your BeeCastly wallet and can be used on all your shops.
4Apply it
The theme now sits in My themes under "From the Theme Library". Click Apply. Your pages are rebuilt in the new design, your text is carried over where the layout allows, and a snapshot is taken first.
Publish your own theme
In My themes, click Publish on a saved theme and set a price, or 0 to share it free. It goes to review first. For a paid theme, BeeCastly keeps 30% of each sale, and your 70% reaches your wallet 7 days after the sale. Selling a paid theme needs wallet verification (KYC).
Go back to an earlier design
Every layout change and theme apply takes a snapshot first. Restore one from the shop's Snapshots tab. You type the shop name to confirm, and the current shop is saved again before the restore.
Your shop's address
Every shop gets its own BeeCastly subdomain, chosen when you create the shop. To use your own domain, open the Domains tab and add it. At your domain provider, add the A record it shows (for the root domain use @ as the host; for a subdomain such as shop, use that name), then click Verify.
The tab tracks three stages: DNS, SSL and Active. Once DNS checks out, the SSL certificate is set up for you, usually within a few minutes. Custom domains are not on the Free plan, and higher plans allow more of them.
