Referral Programme Terms
How rewards are earned, released and used. In short: credit is spendable only inside Beecastly, and it is never cash.
Who can take part
Any Beecastly account can share its referral link. The person you refer must be a new customer who has never had a paid Beecastly subscription. You cannot refer yourself, another account you control, or an existing customer.
How you earn
You earn credit when someone who signed up through your link makes their first successful payment for a paid plan. A free signup earns nothing.
When you can use it
Credit is held for a set period after that payment, called the refund window. It becomes available once that period passes, if the account you referred is still paying. The current period is shown on your referrals page.
Credit is not cash
Referral credit is spent inside Beecastly only: on your subscription, add-ons or AI credits. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or exchanged for money.
Expiry
Unused credit expires after the period shown on your referrals page. We will remind you before it does.
Reversal and changes
We reverse a reward if the payment behind it is refunded or disputed, if the referred account cancels before the credit is released, or if the referral was not genuine. Credit you have already spent becomes a balance owed and is deducted from future rewards. We may change or end this programme at any time.
