Do I need an app from the Shopify App Store?
No. You connect with a custom app's access token, created in your own Shopify admin.
Is the sync real time?
With the API secret key added, new orders and customer changes arrive through Shopify webhooks as they happen. Without it, data syncs on the schedule you pick.
Does it send abandoned-checkout reminders?
Not yet for Shopify. You can see abandoned checkouts and which customers can be contacted, but reminders are not sent automatically.
Can it message customers when an order ships?
Not yet for Shopify. Order flows start when an order is placed.
How much does it cost?
