The Team management system allows you to invite team members, assign roles with specific permissions, and control access to different modules and actions. Ensure security by following the principle of least privilege - give team members only the access they need to do their job.

Admin

Full access to all features except billing (optional)

Manager

Campaigns, contacts, messages, and analytics access

Marketer

Create campaigns and manage contacts

Agent

Messages only with limited contact access

Viewer

Read-only access to view data without making changes
