Connect AI Assistants (MCP)

Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps to your BeeCastly account, then ask about your business or get work done from the chat.

The connector address

BeeCastly runs an MCP connector, a standard way for AI apps to work with other services. You give your AI app this address. It is also shown, with a copy button, in Settings → API Keys.

Connect your AI app

1Add a custom connector

In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the address.

In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create, then paste the address.

Other AI apps that support MCP connectors work the same way.

2Sign in and allow

Click Connect. A BeeCastly page opens. Sign in if asked, check what the app will be able to do, and click Allow.

3Ask away

Back in the chat, ask things like "How many bookings do I have tomorrow?" or "Draft a campaign for our weekend offer".

What the AI app can do

Read

Your contacts, leads, messages, bookings, orders, products, campaigns, funnels, revenue and stats.

Do

Add contacts, book appointments, update orders and product prices, draft campaigns, schedule social posts, make Image Studio designs and Video Studio videos, and send WhatsApp messages from your connected number.

Campaigns are only ever saved as drafts, never sent from the chat. AI images and videos use your AI credits, the same as in the dashboard.

Access and safety

The connection uses your team role. A Viewer can connect, but the AI app can then only read, never change anything.

Each connected app appears in Settings → API Keys as "MCP · " plus the app's name. Delete that row to disconnect the app straight away.

Using an API key instead

Some tools let you send an API key from API Keys rather than signing in. That always allows reading. Signing in with Allow is the sure way to get the full set of actions.
