Overview

AI Teams are groups of specialized AI agents that collaborate on tasks autonomously. Each agent has a defined role (support, sales, content, research) and can be assigned to specific workflows, conversations, or campaigns.

Agents operate with human-in-the-loop approval workflows — they propose actions and wait for confirmation on high-stakes decisions, while handling routine tasks independently.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to /ai-teams
  2. Click "Create Team" and name your agent squad
  3. Add agents from pre-built templates or create custom roles
  4. Define skills, data access, and tool permissions for each agent
  5. Set approval rules (which actions need human confirmation)
  6. Activate the team — agents begin working immediately

Every agent operates within defined boundaries:

  • Approval workflows — High-value actions require human sign-off
  • Spending limits — Cap AI credit usage per agent per day
  • Escalation triggers — Auto-escalate to humans on sentiment drops
  • Audit trail — Every action logged with full context

Analytics

Monitor agent performance in real-time at /ai-teams/analytics. Track tasks completed, response times, approval rates, and customer satisfaction scores per agent.
