Build custom forms to capture leads and collect information from your website visitors.

Creating a Form

  1. Go to Forms → Create New Form
  2. Name your form and add a description
  3. Add fields: text, email, phone, dropdown, checkbox, file upload, and more
  4. Configure required fields and validation rules
  5. Set up a success message or redirect URL
  6. Choose what happens on submission: create contact, add tags, trigger automation

Embedding

Each form gets a unique embed code and a direct link.

Embed code — Copy the HTML snippet and paste it on any webpage.

Direct link — Share a standalone URL that opens the form in a clean page.

Funnel integration — Add form elements directly in the funnel builder.

Submissions

All submissions are stored and viewable in Forms → your form → Submissions
Contacts are auto-created from form submissions (if email or phone field exists)
Export submissions as CSV for further processing
Trigger automations on form submission (welcome email, WhatsApp message, etc.)
