How It Works

Create a Bot

Go to AI Assistants โ†’ Create New Bot. Name it, choose a color, and set a greeting message.

Train with Data

Upload documents (PDF, TXT, DOCX), add URLs, or paste text. The AI learns from your content to answer questions accurately.

Configure AI Provider

Go to Settings โ†’ AI to configure your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI). Enter your API key.

Embed or Connect

Get the embed code from the bot's Embed tab and add it to your website. Or enable WhatsApp AI auto-reply to use the bot for WhatsApp conversations.

Embedding on Your Website

Each bot has a unique embed code. Go to AI Assistants โ†’ Your Bot โ†’ Embed tab.

Copy the script tag and paste it before the closing </body> tag on any page where you want the bot to appear.

The bot widget appears as a floating chat bubble. Visitors can click it to start a conversation.
